Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain building cleanliness
- Quartely vent clean outs
- Remove trash from waste bins around the property
- Maintain flower beds, gardens, and other landscaped areas
- Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from outdoor spaces
- Maintain parking lot cleanliness
- Utilize hand tools for tasks such as raking, and shoveling.
- Monitor outdoor areas for signs of damage or hazards and report any issues to management
Requirements:
- Familiarity with operating power tools and hand tools safely
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Note: This is a paid position.
